Yayoi Kusama Exhibition: Life Is The Heart Of A Rainbow

Love polka dots? Love rainbow colors? Then head down to National Gallery’s Singtel Special Exhibition Gallery on level 3 from 9 June 2017 till 3 September 2017 to visit famous artworks by Yayoi Kusama.

Notably 1 of Yayoi Kusama's most iconic installation is an infinity mirrored room that creates the illusion of endless space. Did you know that @Adele noticed this room from @KatyPerry's Instagram and thus, decided to perform her song 'When We Were Young' in an infinity mirrored room at @TheBroadMuseum? Famed as one of the world’s most influential artists, Yayoi Kusama will showcase about 120 paintings, sculptures, videos and installations many art installations from 1950s till present, including some works never shown before.


Step into the infinity mirror rooms, explore intricate nets, interact with furniture in a rainbow polka dots rooms, and admire pumpkin statues and motifs.  #sgloveskusama

Admission Fee:

  • $15 for Singaporeans/PRs ($10 for concession-holders)
  • $25 for Non-Singaporeans ($20 for concession-holders)
